Felix L. Fischer- Prior to starting his own law practice, Fischer was Vice President – General Counsel and Chief Patent Counsel for Garrett Engine Boosting Systems, a division of Honeywell International Inc. with over $1.2 billion in annual sales.  Mr. Fischer has over 30 years of experience in preparing and filing patent applications first as a patent agent, registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office in 1984, then as a patent attorney specializing in all aspects of intellectual property since 1989.
