AI and Deep Learning Analytics Development

Jean Carlson is a Professor of Complexity at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). She works on the fundamental theory and applications of complex systems. She was awarded a David and Lucile Packard Foundation fellowship in 1993, which allowed her to study the physical and mathematical principles that underlie complexity.  Recently she has been engaged with BioProtonics to develop deep learning models (AI) that predict disease at an early stage with MRH Data.  These models use a new and novel data set named Magnetic Resonance Histopathology (MRH) which is generated during a routine MRI exam.
