Joseph Fleming

Joseph Fleming has over 15 years of executive experience with successful disruptive technologies. Specializing in various AI technologies, machine learning, and MedTech. Joseph thrives in bringing to market disruptive technologies for early-stage or innovative divisions of larger companies.

Prior to his engagement with BioProtonics, he was CEO of Pametan, an AI analytics software company for large commercial buildings. Prior to Pametan, he served as VP of Product Innovation and Business Development at True Digital Surgery, where he led the development of the first combined digital microscope and navigation system that revolutionized brain surgery. Earlier, Joseph managed global strategic partnerships at TrueVision, increasing revenue sixfold over three years and facilitating a successful exit. He has also held senior roles in product management at Kaiser and Hitachi, gaining a deep understanding of market needs and driving innovative product improvements. His early career was in Management Consulting.

Joseph holds an academic certificate in AI Strategies from MIT and a BS degree in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Industrial Technology Program at the College of Business.
